WRITING
I began working as a journalist in 2015 as the sole Political Staff Writer at The Bubble. Over the course of a year, I wrote approximately 500 articles — including a must-read Monday news summary, the Weekend Roundup.
My favourite thing to write was explainers, especially on social justice, history, and Argentina's quirkier side, so I switched to freelancing to do more in-depth pieces before heading to CUNY.
At the Buenos Aires Herald, I wrote whenever I could: doing the weekly "translation troubles" column about bilingual quandaries we face in the newsroom was definitely a highlight.
At Ojalá.mx, my work is primarily editorial—commissions, editing, translation, and writing our weekly newsletter that features our bilingual regional coverage. But in the end, I'm always writing.
Here's a selection of my work for you to peruse.
